This page explains how KhanCrafts delivers your order.
Where we deliver
We deliver within Pakistan only, to all provinces and territories. Orders with a delivery address outside Pakistan cannot be placed.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is free on all orders within Pakistan.
- There is no minimum order amount for free delivery.
- The delivery charge shown at checkout is PKR 0.
Payment on delivery
All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash when your order is delivered. Please keep the payment ready when your parcel arrives.
Delivery details
- Please enter your full name, phone number, street address, city and province correctly at checkout. Add a postcode if you have one.
- Keep your phone available after placing your order, so that we and the delivery service can reach you about your delivery.
- If we cannot reach you, or the address is incomplete or incorrect, your delivery may be delayed or your order may be cancelled.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your city and location within Pakistan. For an estimate for your area, or for an update on an order you have placed, please call us.
Receiving your order
When your parcel arrives, please check that the outer packaging is not damaged. If the parcel is damaged or something looks wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.
