These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the KhanCrafts website and to every order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Where we sell

We currently sell and deliver within Pakistan only. Orders with a delivery address outside Pakistan cannot be placed.

Products

Our products are handmade. Small differences in colour, texture, stitching and finish between pieces are a natural part of handmade work and are not defects.
Product photos are for illustration. Colours can look different depending on your screen and lighting.
Please check the size, colour and other options carefully before you place your order.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is not available, we will contact you.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to cancel it.

Placing an order

You must give your correct name, phone number and full delivery address at checkout. A phone number is required so that we can confirm and deliver your order.
After you place an order, you will see an order confirmation on screen. Your order is accepted when we process it for delivery.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the order details are incomplete or incorrect, if we cannot reach you to confirm the order, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible.

Delivery

Delivery within Pakistan is free, with no minimum order amount. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Use of this website

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage the website or interfere with other users.
The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to KhanCrafts. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and the website available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.
